Great Khorasan: a Geopolitical Model within the Framework of Multipolarity

28.12.2020

At different times and in different spaces, the leading forces of society raised issues related to the development of the state and presented various proposals for the development of the state. Each state can develop in its own way, and it must find and implement its own direction of development and realization. Strategies for the development of the millennium are proposed by the superpowers and international organizations, which do not take into account the development of all countries of the world, and are specific to a small number of states that shape world politics and shape the global political process. Everyone believes that the world's leading and developing powers want the development of other states, which in fact is quite different. The reality is that in modern conditions there is a dilemma of security and a dilemma of development. The development of one state is likely to be a problem for another, or the weakening of a weak state is a serious problem for a large country. Maintaining an unequal picture of development in the world is in the interest of the world's leading powers, as they maintain their status. In this regard, not all countries of the world have the same interests, first they try to take control of most of the world, and secondly, others try not to be destroyed in the clashes between the superpowers. The disappearance of nations from the political map of the world in recent years has been the result of the actions of superpowers. In many cases, the development of the state is seen in its expansion, and in fact, the empire will be destroyed if it is not expanded. The path of expansion in modern conditions is not through expansion, but through new methods. Therefore, the geopolitical role here in the development of the state is very large. Geopolitical interests are an important factor for states in the past, present and future, because it is a vector of foreign policy and contributes to the development of the state.

In modern conditions, the geopolitical interests of Tajikistan are discussed in various circles. But we are talking about interests that are not essentially geopolitical. On the one hand, it is very difficult to express a geopolitical point of view from the Tajik point of view, as the opportunities and potential are limited and the scope of action is very limited. Of course, in such a situation, a geopolitical expertise is needed to seize the slightest opportunity to achieve the greatest goals. Given that the geopolitical interests of Tajikistan are to be considered within the framework of superpowers and political constituencies, it is important to know that these interests do not exist geopolitically. In fact, it is illogical to consider the geopolitical interests of Tajikistan in relation to the world's and regional superpowers, because we are a kind of geopolitical object of those countries.

In this case, only Tajikistan seeks its own status and importance in the conflict of interests of states. Tajikistan has no geopolitical interests in this situation, but it is possible to have geopolitical aspirations.

In the history of world politics, the role of the Tajiks and Persians in the formation of empires and states, as well as civilization is very large. This is an objective reality that cannot be denied by any subject or bias. The great continent of antiquity was under the rule of the Persian Empire. Over time, the change of players on the political process, the turning points in history and the objective and subjective factors removed the sphere of influence from the Tajik and Persian. Other forces have become the determinants of the destiny of societies and other communities. The political process has found a new owner, the consequences of which have changed the course of history. In order not to repeat the historical cycle, a large social community - Tajiks - were placed on different continents, so as not to create the previous potential. This practice began after the collapse of the Samanid state, as evidenced by the emergence of three Persian-speaking countries in later centuries on the historical stage. The forces that have carried out the same geopolitical landscape with the three countries in this region and in other parts of the world on the principle of “divide and rule” are the imperialist states of the new stage.

New imperialism, or neo-imperialism itself, has limited the possibilities of the former colonies to the point of eliminating all the features of their independence in the full sense of the word, except for the name. Under these conditions, the phenomenon of political independence will decrease, and the state will become a province of the new world order. Conquest and expansion in their classical sense are not common, but in the conditions of neo-imperialism the conquest of the lands of states is carried out in a new way. Modern conditions are a logical continuation of classical imperialism. It is noteworthy that if there is a change of subjects in other strata, the modern neo-imperialists are the same as the former colonizers. Nothing has changed in the cratopolitical landscape of the world, and the ruling world elite has changed its name on the world stage. The qualitatively new colonization is the policy of the neo-imperialists of the world, who have taken control of certain geopolitical regions and are struggling to expand their sphere of influence. The division of the world between neo-imperialists and the redrawing of borders has traditionally continued in one form or another. Neo-imperialism is not a completely new phenomenon, it is guided by the laws of classical imperialism. With the advancement of civilization, science and the spiritual achievements of people, the focus on material elements in geopolitics, such as underground resources, land, water, etc. has not decreased. The main task of neo-imperialism is to use states as a source of raw materials and to keep them in sectoral dependence. Every neo-imperialist power has its own methods of dealing with countries. No neo-imperialist country has a vested interest in achieving autarky. On the other hand, the dependence of the state on other countries and the movement in the direction indicated by them is a clear evidence of the shortcomings of independence. Finding an appropriate solution to this problem requires, first of all, the independence of thinking, because the idea of belonging does not have the ability to create an alternative.

The grandeur of neo-imperialism has eroded the sense of confidence in the independent states, which believe that there is no solution other than subordination to such a new system. In most countries, there is no question of considering a new world system - neo-imperialism. The spirit of helplessness permeates the scientific community and it is necessary to adapt to the new system and not to think about alternatives. When we talk about the triumph of independence, we raise the question of what value we have to have the status of independence. The phenomenon of independence is not a trivial matter, it must be strengthened and improved depending on space and time.

Reliance on geopolitics and geopolitics is necessary for strengthening the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In today's time and space, it is important to rely on geopolitical knowledge. Geopolitics should be used not for cognitive purposes, but for practical and empirical purposes, and should be implemented from an abstract-conceptual point of view. In this regard, it is necessary to present the domestic geopolitics of the development path of Tajikistan in the near and distant future. Strengthening Tajikistan's independence is impossible without development, and it needs to gain momentum. There should be impetus for development based on national potential, because hope for a brighter future, depending on the actions of other states, will lead to the destruction of the country's independence. Therefore, the decision-making process should be rational and strategic. Geostrategic and geopolitical interests of Tajikistan should be formed on the basis of existing capacities. Naturally, there is not enough domestic potential for the development of Tajikistan and it cannot be relied on strategically. In this regard, it is necessary to find a strategic way to protect and strengthen the independence of Tajikistan. Tajikistan needs to build a geopolitical shield based on a «Lebensraum»

The “Lebensraum” of Tajikistan is the “Great Khorasan”. The Great Khorasan project is aimed at the development of Tajikistan, the protection of Tajikistan and the future of Tajikistan. In the new world order and various global processes, Tajikistan has no alternative path of development. There are other plans, but in them Tajikistan loses its essence as an independent state. The doctrine and the projects being implemented in Central Asia were considered to be of little interest to Tajikistan. In fact, such doctrines do not take into account the status of Tajikistan. The concepts and projects of the “Great Turan”, “Greater Central Asia”, and the “Sinicization” cannot be in the interests of Tajikistan. The Great Khorasan project is an alternative to these concepts and a geopolitical and geostrategic response to them.

The “Great Khorasan” is the correction of historical errors and injustices and the application of historical justice. “Great Khorasan” is the geopolitical aspiration of every Tajik, and this concept should contribute to the geopolitical education of the Tajik individual and the formation of geopolitical thought. We need to know that the future of Tajikistan is impossible without the Great Khorasan Project. It should be followed in scientific circles and in the current policy.

Geopolitical wisdom and geophilosophy form the basis of the Great Khorasan project. Tajikistan is pursuing a policy of peace in a new historical epoch. This means that Tajikistan has no expansionist goals, the usurpation of the country, the conquest of the territory is not the goal of the foreign policy vector of Tajikistan. So how we get the Greater Khorosan project is an important issue. The first step is taken, ie the founders feel the need to create a “Great Khorasan”, there is a renaissance of the Great Orion, a historical memory enters the scene or a historical cycle is repeated, the project of the “Great Khorasan” is explored. Indeed, Iran and Afghanistan, like Tajikistan, need a “Greater Khorasan”.

The implementation of the Greater Khorasan project comes at a time when the struggle for power in Central Asia is intensifying. The United States is doing everything in its power to protect the "heart of Asia" and to keep its troops on Afghan soil for a long time. The geopolitical mistake of Russia, China, and Iran was to facilitate and not prevent the United States from coming to Afghanistan. However, this mistake cannot be corrected in the coming years. The United States, relying on Afghanistan, seeks to free Central Asian states from Russian subordination and implement the Greater Central Asia Doctrine together with Afghanistan and other Central Asian states. In this regard, it should be noted that the chaos in the territory of Afghanistan and the interests of the countries complicate the implementation of the project "Great Khorasan".

The Greater Khorasan Project, once implemented in the Persian-speaking countries and achieving its strategic goals, will open the door for neighboring countries. It is a historical renaissance that puts everything in its place. Elsewhere in Central Asia, there is similar potential and opportunity for the unification of peoples and nations. However, this opportunity is available to the states of the "Greater Khorasan". It is important to note that integration and integration processes are a matter of time. Countries of the world in one form or another form integration associations in a separate zone. Integration is seen as a phenomenon of the new age, ignored and unaware that it is the first stage in the formation of the world system and the new world government. Most of the world's states and heads of state did not understand the secrets of the integration process and did not know how to create conditions for others. However, the integration within the framework of the Greater Khorasan takes a completely different form, showing the element of global integration and being centrifugal in relation to the design of the world government and the new world system and order. Because the formation of a new world order with an Atlantic design is not in the interests of the countries of the Greater Khorasan.

Tajikistan's political independence will come only if the country is self-sufficient. However, global and regional conditions, on the one hand, and the interests of the superpowers, on the other, hinder the country's autarky. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to influence the regional situation. Influence comes when we have great potential and power. Therefore, the project “Great Khorasan” is a reflection of the enormous potential, regional actor and means of influencing the conditions of the region and, secondly, the formation of the global political process.

In modern conditions, there is no other way to recognize a new order outside the new world order, which is the property of the world's political elite. In such a world order, only a small number of states gained political independence and gave other countries the independence they needed. The political independence of the countries of the world, including Tajikistan, is measured in the framework of the new world order. In this case, the Tajik will of the state can not be realized, because the world conditions do not allow it. The measurement of Tajikistan's political independence in the context of the new world order requires an expert review, which will determine the phenomenon of political will and political determination, and the extent to which Tajikistan is sovereign. The Great Khorasan Project is also aimed at strengthening the political independence of Tajikistan, its further development and improvement, and the protection of the country. Understanding the essence of this project, defining the political sovereignty of Tajikistan, the consequences of the new world order for the country, the interests of the superpowers and its impact on Tajikistan, the consequences and prospects for the near and distant future, inevitably tend to megaproject - "Great Khorasan".
