South Korea is going to start negotiations on the exchange of intelligence data with China to counter the North Korean action. The Seoul’s request has been already sent to in Beijing.

Similar attempts have been made early in 2012, but they have not got any results, as well as negotiations with Japan, which had been stopped because of opposition from South Korean public, which opposes the agreement with the former colonial center.

The Command of South Korea said that they were planning to establish cooperation on intelligence line not only with China, but also with Tokyo and Moscow.
