Ukrainian Staff: Our army will not hold two days against Russia

Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Viktor Mujenko announced that his country's army will not stand up in any large-scale war and against Russia. According to the journalist Roman Boutckala in television channel "Inter" and quoted that Ukraine will lose during several days about 10 thousand to 20 thousand soldiers.

Journalist expressed his belief that it is unlikely to impose martial law in the country at the present time, that what was talked about a few days ago by  Alexander Turchinov Ukrainian National Security Council secretary. Before that,  the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Boltarak announced that he intends to increase the number of members of the national army to 250 thousand people.

But experts and specialists believe that the real number of Ukrainian citizens who are able to bear arms is not more than 15-20 thousand people, which confirms the validity of the words of Chief of Staff, who said that his army would not stand up in any large-scale war against Russia for several days.

It should be noted that Victor Mujenko took office in the Ukrainian armed forces commander in July 2014 and became practically the commander of military operations in the Donbass. In August of the same year he confirmed that the combat operations, there will not last more than one month.
