Venezuelan opposition kills citizens

A Venezuelan policeman was killed when the police tried to disperse an opposition march to preserve public order on the Panamerican highway in San Antonio de los Altos.

«There are two people detained for questioning, and an order will be issued to begin investigations to clarify this murder», said Minister of the Interior and Justice Nestor Reverol. 

Moreover, four people were injured in the city of Marakabayo. The opposition tried to block the road. Nestor Reverol said that three persons were wounded by a firearm and one was wounded by a sharp object, but the lives of all four are out of danger.

In the state of Cojedes the opposition led by the former mayor Ramon Moncada attacked with iron pipes supporters of the president. The injured are in hospital.

In others states there were attacked a police patrol, officials and supporters of the president. In addition, efforts to cover the major routes and hinder the work of city services continue.
