A forum was held the day before the Foreign Minister’s meeting on Security and Stability in Vancouver, at the University of British Columbia's Institute of Asian Research entitled "Getting North Korea Right: Canadian Options and Roles”. This was

There is a post of prime minister, but the prime minister is also appointed by the president.
